The building which houses the condo unit was built in 1963 and the existing kitchen and bathroom was updated in the recent past. Design Lithe LLC was commissioned to create a contemporary interior design for a newly purchased 900 SF 2 bedroom condo. The new open kitchen, dining and livingroom area allows the natural light from the expansive windows to flood the space throughout the day. A combination of carefully chosen textured, smooth, non-reflective, high-gloss, cool / warm colors and materials contrast and blend nicely on clean lines.
